About this siteFor six years, the Internet Nexus served as my technology blog, but I've since started blogging at the SuperSite Blog instead. If you're looking for the blog, please head there. --Paul Tuesday, November 12, 2002Mac OS X 10.2.2 releasedApple quietly posted a major OS upgrade today, which includes updates to Address Book, iChat, IP Firewall, Mail, Print Center, Rendezvous, Sherlock and Windows file service discovery, as well as the updated services previously delivered in Security Update 2002-09-20. But the big news with this release is the inclusion of a journaling file system, which can only be enabled through a bizarre command line. When enabled, it's possible to store a history of file system changes and return to a previous point in time in the event of a disaster. You know, kind of like System Restore on Windows.
