So.... If MacObserver says Macs are slower, is it finally true?
I've been saying for some time that Macs perform much more slowly than PCs and catching a lot of flak for it. But this week, Mac fan boy site Mac Observer actually compared an old (PIII) PC to an old (G4 667) Power Mac and discovered--surprise, surprise--that the PC kicks butt. Just so I'm clear: This is now accepted as fact, right? Favorite line: "It's as if Mac pundits have their heads so far up Apple's ass that they can't see things for what they are. Current Macintosh systems are slow compared to current Microsoft XP systems." That one's for you, Gene.
