Apple admits to having problems with online store
Apple has conceded that MacWorld's report about problems at store.apple.com are true, an that up to 39 percent of customers experienced shipping delays. "The crisis is now under control," said Apple Store Europe director Francois Duquesne. "We have fixed the broken parts, and have the capacity to respond. Now we only have problems with 10-15 percent of orders. I predict that in two weeks we will see a resolution of these issues."
