That being said, the brand new system also introduced a whole slew of brand new unwanted behaviors and, while Apple has made great progress in adjusting these behaviors in order to make the system more intuitive and efficient, there are still a number of outstanding issues in Mac OS X that have yet to be addressed." Part one addresses the Dock, corrupted preference files, forgetting preference files, and applications that can't be trusted; arguably the last three are a problem in Windows XP as well.
